Who these terms are for

These terms apply to teachers and teaching businesses ("you") who subscribe to the 7HourTeacher platform operated by [Legal entity name], [Registered address].

What we provide

• A branded teaching website based on the 7HourTeacher template.
• Access to the shared course library while your subscription is active.
• Student tracking and teacher progress reports.

Features marked "planned" or "proposed" on the pricing page are not part of the service until they are released.

Your responsibilities

• You run your own teaching business: you set your student prices, deliver live calls and handle your own taxes.
• You treat student data (including voice recordings and contact details) confidentially and only for teaching.
• You do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

Fees

The platform subscription fee is shown on the pricing page. The proposed introductory price is €20/month; the final price is confirmed before you are billed. See Subscription, cancellation & refunds.

Data protection

For student data you collect, you and [Legal entity name] will agree a data processing arrangement [DPA reference / to be drafted].

Ending the service

The proposed teacher plan has an initial commitment of a 12-month paid period. After the initial 12 months, you can cancel at any time. See Subscription, cancellation & refunds. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, except in urgent cases.
